My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and client-centered, honoring your unique story and empowering you to see the resilience you carry within. I see you as the expert in your own life, and I’m here to offer guidance, tools, and a listening ear to help you move toward the life you want. Life’s challenges—no matter how overwhelming—can be opportunities for learning and transformation, and it’s my honor to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery.

Experience

As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I’ve spent over 15 years supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges. My practice emphasizes relational therapy and whole-person healing, recognizing that growth and change happen when we address your experiences within the context of your relationships, emotions, and overall well-being.

My training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Parts Work, and Somatic Experiencing allows me to offer evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. I specialize in supporting anyone seeking a safe, affirming space to explore their identity, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or significant life changes, I’m here to walk with you toward healing and empowerment.

Before transitioning to private practice, I worked extensively in schools and community settings, providing social-emotional support, vocational coaching, and crisis intervention. This experience shaped my deep commitment to creating inclusive, compassionate spaces where people from all walks of life feel valued, respected, and understood.

About Me

I grew up in Arizona and found my home in Colorado, where I fell in love with the mountains, pace, and the people. Nature has always been a source of renewal for me, and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my partner and two children. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me reading, singing, practicing yoga, or exploring the great outdoors.

It’s often in life’s struggles that we uncover unexpected strengths, and I would be honored to support you on this journey of self-discovery.
