I specialize in addiction recovery and have extensive experience working in treatment settings. Whether you’re exploring sobriety, in recovery, or simply questioning your relationship with substances, I can offer guidance without judgment. I also have a passion for supporting clients through men’s and women’s issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.
Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by spending time with my sweet pup, traveling, and staying active. I believe deeply in the importance of self-care — it’s something I talk about often in sessions and strive to model in my own life. I take a “practice what I preach” approach, always aiming to show up for you with integrity and presence.
