Welcome, I’m Olivia Christ MSW, LSW

Making the decision to go to therapy can feel like taking a leap of faith. If you’ve made it this far, you should be proud of yourself. As your therapist, I consider myself your adventure guide in discovering the parts of yourself that feel scary or vulnerable, and learning to love those parts in order to see yourself as the survivor that you are.

Each and every one of us has learned how to survive in a complex set of circumstances. It is my job to help you decide which of those survival skills are still helpful, and which ones served you as a child, and now hurt you in your adult or young adult life. I believe that you already have everything within you to be successful and happy, and I can’t wait to challenge you to see that for yourself.

I have years of experience working with adults, children, groups, and families. Most recently, I worked with teens and families healing from complex trauma, and feel comfortable working with childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, grief, attachment, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I look forward to working with you and discovering all of the things that make you uniquely you.
