Hello! As a therapist, I encourage my clients to discover their own relational superpowers. I guide children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and couples in achieving their fullest potential that already exists within themselves.
One of the main goals of therapy is to go from “talking” about what you are struggling with to “feeling and moving through” in order to get to a better way of living and being. I believe you already have the skills you need; let’s discover them together.
After graduating from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, I pursued several passions by becoming a wilderness therapy field guide based in Durango, Colorado. Leading and providing relational coaching for adolescents provided amazing growth through facilitating rights of passage and creating unique therapeutic interventions based on building meaningful and healthy relationships. Wanting to be more directly influential in helping bring families closer together called for a move to Denver, Colorado where I graduated with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. After earning my Masters I worked extensively with parents, families, and teens in 3 day family therapy intensives. Following this work, I then worked in a substance abuse recovery center through the lens of treating the whole person’s mind, body, and spiritual connections.
